Welcome to Mrs Kelly Akers, School Shop Manager

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mrs Kelly Akers as our new Shop Manager, starting with immediate effect. Kelly has a background in retail in store and online previously working at Room Lytham and Scarfroom as Creative Manager. Kelly also provides her photographic services to our high profile events.

Kelly is an AKS parent, with a daughter, Harriet, in Senior School and a son, Oliver, who was Head Student (2021-22).  Kelly is delighted to be joining the team and told us:

"Having been involved with the school as a photographer for some time, I was delighted when the Shop Manager vacancy became available, as it allows me to bring my retail experience to support the school further. I look forward to expanding the shop's reach and services, including establishing an online presence. I'll also be here later on Thursdays, which will hopefully be a godsend for busy parents!

As I've still got fond memories of seeing my children in their uniforms for the first time, I know how emotive (and exciting!) starting school, or changing school can be. I look forward to sharing those 'firsts' with new families and helping them get kitted out with everything they need."
