We offer a huge variety of trips and visits throughout the year. These range from subject-related day trips to UK-based residential trips and significant overseas ventures.
Previously, Drama and English department trips have attended productions in London, Manchester, Liverpool and Sheffield. Languages trips to the cinema and the theatre. Biology and geography residential trips to Yorkshire and the Lake District. Overseas trips that have run have included Language European Work Experience Exchanges; Geography trip to Iceland; Ski Trips to France; Charity trip to Tanzania; Theatre and Music trip to New York; World Challenge to Thailand.
Our membership with the Round Square organisation has meant many of our students have attended conferences in Canada, South Africa and India.
Closer to home, our Year 12 London residential is a great opportunity to spend two days with friends soaking up the many cultural and intellectual opportunities the capital has to offer. The trip is designed to accommodate all interests. You will have a choice of tours to experience with like-minded students, whether it be museums, galleries, The Globe Theatre, or the Houses of Parliament to mention a few. The trip will also offer you the chance to do some Christmas shopping with friends and to take in an evening show!
