To register your child for a place at AKS Lytham, please complete all sections of the following form, as applicable.
In order to complete and submit your registration form, please be ready to supply an electronic copy of your child’s most recent school report (photo or scan) and pay a £100 registration fee.
Our Entry Assessment Day for Year 7 in September 2026 will be on Saturday 31st January.
