Year 6 leave for residential to Castlehead PUBLISHED 24 May 2021 There were cheers of excitement as Year 6 headed off on their week-long residential trip to Castlehead this morning. Mr Avis, Shelby and David were all looking forward to the ghyll scrambling along mountain streams; Rhea was excited about this afternoon's raft-building; wheras Anika set her sights on the orienteering challenges that lie ahead. Mr Rice was looking forward canoeing on Thursday; Samuel was excited about the overnight camping and 'Mr Rice's famous hot chocolate'; when asked what he was looking forward to, Tino exclaimed, "All of it!" and Amelie summed up, "I'm looking forward to the biggest adventure ever!”.
