Half term ended on a high for Years 3-5, with two action-packed adventure days - including an alpaca trek, bushcraft, beach fun, orienteering, archery, pizza and hot chocolate... topped-off with fire-toasted marshmallows. Yum!
"I was delighted to see the children enjoying their Adventure Days. They toasted and tasted marshmallows and cinnamon bread, built shelters on the beach, took lessons in archery and fencing, went swimming, and trekked with alpacas. I saw them develop their teamwork and communication skills, their courage, their commitment to sustainability and their self-awareness - well done to all!", Mrs Ilhan
“I loved the campfire - we had great fun and the marshmallows were so tasty!”, Thea Year 5.
“I like the alpacas because they were really fluffy, and they definitely enjoyed walking with us. I also loved the archery”, Lauren, Year 5.
