Our Careers Programme across the school follows the Gatsby Benchmarks, a framework of eight guidelines that defines the best in careers provision. This process begins in Nursery, by encouraging children to talk about their families and the people who help us.
This awareness-building continues in Prep School with our sparkle days which are themed days to raise awareness about the different jobs and professions, including STEM careers paths. Children participate in an age-appropriate careers fair, entrepreneurship competitions and specialist workshops.
