STEM Rolls-Royce competition - February update

Our AKS Lytham STEM subjects have been busy colloborating behind the scenes for their efforts in the Rolls-Royce competition final.

Please read here about the wonderful teamwork between staff and students to make charitable items to sell.

Most of the student volunteers were lucky enough to visit the Rolls-Royce UK site in Derby on Wednesday 21st February 2024 accompanied by Ms Burke, Mr Riding from our Science department and Mr Humphries from our Math department.  Please look out on our social media sites for trip photographs in due course.  We wish the STEM team every success as they begin selling next week. 

Look out for their reflection section on Sunday 3rd March, which will demonstrate the incredible and creative making efforts of the volunteers during their own time.
