U12 AKS (75 ao) v TIBS (76-9)

AKS batted first, losing early wickets but recovered well thanks to partnerships from Will H and Max M with Rupert W played a crucial innings, scoring 31 runs before being dismissed. In response, AKS took regular wickets, but TIBS kept the scoreboard ticking. The match came down to the wire with TIBS needing 2 off the last ball, and they emerged victorious in a nail-biting finish.

U13B Girls

U13B Girls lost to Rossall 305 to 261

U14

AKS U14 beat Tadheel u14 by 30 runs
AKS batted first and hit 118 for 2wkts. Kiernan & Bourne 30 each (ret)
Tadheel managed 88 all out with the wickets spread around the bowlers.

Senior Boys

Myerscough 121/7 def AKS 81ao

The spin trio of Felix T, Michael R (Year 10) & Archie J (Year 9) were supreme with the ball, slowing down the Myerscough innings in the middle overs. Felix also clutched 2 brilliant catches.

After a poor start, a valiant attempt was made to resurrect the innings, with Alex U and Toby C playing bravely and setting us back on course. However, with their dismissals saw a flurry of wickets, leading to us losing our back end and being bowled out.

Senior Girls

AKS Girls 98 v Lancaster Royal Grammar School Girls 67 (Pairs cricket - 24 overs a side). 

AKS batted first, showcasing a positive batting display, scoring 98 runs in their allotted 24 overs. Jess A led the way with a top score of 16 runs. In response, LRGS Girls fought hard but were ultimately restricted to 67 runs. An impressive bowling performance from AKS. Evie F took six wickets and secured the victory for the girls.

Evie F took a 6 wicket haul in the Senior girls victory over Lancaster Royal Grammar School.
