AKS Yr 8 Evie proving to be a hot shot again

AKS Year 8 pupil Evie is once again proving that she is a hot shot in the sport of archery with more medals and trophies in her cabinet after a successful 2019.

The highlight of her very successful season was her winning the English Junior Clout Championship where she proved herself to be the best young archer in the country in the Barebow category.

Evie was also crowned the Northern Counties and Lancashire Junior  Barebow and Longbow Champion and during the year she has broken 1 British Record (awaiting verification) 10 Northern Counties Records and 10 Lancashire Records making her current record haul an incredible 80!

 Evie’s next challenge will be in October when she has been  picked to represent Lancashire in the 5 Counties Tournament and we all wish her well.
