Sal Ashraf in Year 7 Secures Second Place in Think Maths: Representing Pi Competition

We are excited to announce that Sal in Year 7, has achieved second place in the highly competitive Think Maths: Representing Pi Competition! This incredible accomplishment highlights Sal’s creativity and ingenuity in finding innovative and interesting ways to represent the number Pi.

Students in Years 7-10 were invited to participate in the competition, where they had the opportunity to showcase their skills in mathematics and artistic expression. The challenge was to think outside the box and come up with unique representations of Pi, the mathematical constant that continues infinitely without repeating.

The results have just been revealed, and Sal’s submission stood out among the brilliant entries from across the country, earning a well-deserved second place. We are extremely proud of his achievement.
