Parents invited to 'Open Assembly' to review Year 6 work prior to publication

Last week Year 6 changed the format of assemblies by presenting their design and technology, art and descriptive writing. The stories have been the end product of recent project work and parents were invited to review and provide feedback about the work. This was the final step in the development of the pupils' writing before the narratives were sent off to be published. Here's what the children said about the experience:
