Lytham Heritage Primary Art Exhibition Prize Giving Night

It was an exciting night for the winners of the Lytham Heritage Primary Art Exhibition.

Twenty five pupils from AKS Lytham Preparatory School had their work included in the exhibition at The Lytham Heritage Centre and four children from our school were awarded first prizes. The winners were William B, Archie, and Finnley in Year 3 for their beautiful group picture entitled “We Three Kings” inspired by the art of Gustav Klimt and William C in Year 4 for his careful self-portrait collage inspired by Julian Opie’s “Heads.” In addition to these prizes, which were awarded by the Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Lytham, the School was also awarded First Prize Winner for the overall display of work.

The Exhibition is on until the 26th of February at The Lytham Heritage Centre on Henry Street, and is open Tuesdays to Sunday  10.00am-4.00pm.
