Our Director of Cricket wears two caps

The Summer Term is always busy for Liam Castellas, our Director of Cricket and 2022 has been no different. In addition to leading the AKS cricket programme, Liam has been lending his experience and expertise to the future stars in Lancashire juniors.

On the dual role, he said, “I find it all extremely rewarding. I am fortunate enough to get the opportunity to work with players of all ages and abilities and get to help them develop on their pathway - whatever that might be.”

Recently, Mr Castellas was with the Lancashire U11 Girls' team, who won TWO roses clashes against Yorkshire on the same day.

It will also be an active finish to the season for the AKS Cricket programme, with several teams progressing in the County Cups and a busy weekly schedule of fixtures.
