Outstanding results for Year 6 PUBLISHED 08 December 2021 Congratulations to Year 6 who achieved outstanding results in their end of unit assessments this week! The children showed a deep understanding of Buddhism, circuits and conductors and arithmetic. It was great to see how fluent the children have become in their ability to recall basic maths facts accurately, quickly, and effortlessly. The children have now started a new maths topic on 'Movement and Direction' and enjoyed plotting points on a coordinate plane in all four quadrants to make a variety of festive Christmas cards! Excellent effort from Thea, Esme, Emma, Reuben and Joseph. Finally in Geography, the children investigated Britain's natural resources, especially land and how it is used. Well done Jasmine and William for your excellent explanation of geological resources. Mr Avis, Year 6 class teacher. AUTHOR: Alex Brown PUBLISHED: 08 December 2021 CATEGORIES: News, Prep School
