AKS Action: Mission Christmas PUBLISHED 03 December 2021 AKS Action students in Year 10 would like your help in supporting Mission Christmas. The festive pinch sees struggling families unable to afford the cost of Christmas, and for the 1 in 3 children living in poverty in the UK, presents are a luxury their parents can't afford. Mission Christmas creates gift bundles for children in Lancashire. If you would like to support this campaign, please buy an extra gift, and bring it to the Prep or Senior School Office on Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th December. NOTE: all gifts must be new and unwrapped Examples of suitable gifts include: For 0-3-year-olds: teddies, play mats and books For 5-7-year-olds: Lego, arts and craft sets, skipping ropes and action figures For 9-12-year-olds: board games, make up sets and nail varnish Many thanks for your support.
