Oliver on screen! PUBLISHED 27 September 2021 During lockdown, Oliver was filmed for a short film. Sponsored by "Dr Martens" the film won the "Girls in Film" nomination for funding to promote female filmmakers. The film was directed by Milda Baginskaite of Pili Mili Films and her short films have screened and received awards at several international film festivals. Her film, ‘Teddy’, depicts a young immigrant searching for her own identity while fighting for recognition in a male-dominated classroom. Oliver plays the part of the lead school bully. It features Oliver as a desperate schoolboy running drugs for a gang across county lines. He appears halfway through and again at the end.
