Introducing our Prep School School Council 2023-2024

This Year’s school council have already proved themselves to be a well prepared, imaginative, and caring group of people. After two meetings, they have begun work! 

Their first responsibility is to help us choose a charity to support for this year. To make this a democratic process, the Democracy Pillar leaders from Y6 will help the school Council to run a whole school assembly. The School Councillors will make presentations about a charity which means something to them. Following this, all of the children in the Prep School will vote on their favourite. 

In addition, the group is being given the responsibility for organising storage and safe use of equipment for playtimes, stored in the new shed. 

Plans are already afoot for stalls at the Christmas Fayre; we are very impressed with these forward-thinking children!
