Year 5 get creative in Design Technology

After several weeks of investigation and skills practice in Design Technology, the Year 5 children got to make their T-shirt designs.

Some children created beautiful patterns using the Brusho fabric dye onto wet fabric, whilst others chose to use tie dye techniques to make a pattern.

Isaac freestyled his design using coloured dye in a syringe, and the effect was amazing.

Next week we will add details by cutting, sewing and using fabric pens. PUBLISHED: 19 May 2022
