Talented Year 6 pupil, Victoria, has been selected as one of the finalists for the "This is Me" poetry competition. Her entry 'My Future' has been selected to be published and will go into the national finals. Once published, you will be able to see the book which will contain her poem in our library.
Victoria is a phenomenal writer who devours books, and pens the most incredible pieces. We all hope you enjoy her entry!
My Future:
It is the ultimate tool
You don’t end up a silly fool
Learning new things every day
It is more than okay
Listening intently to the wonderful teacher
Making me believe in myself so much deeper
And never getting any weaker
Going home each day, proudly
Helping me sleep at night, soundly
Knowing always, that in its vast classrooms
The knowledge I receive is well consumed
Enabling my soul to happily bloom
