Computer Science is a field of logical thinking, problem-solving, and endless creativity. In the Computer Science A Level you will study a wide variety of interesting topics: from the core workings of modern and historical computing devices, to the wide-reaching impacts that technology has on society.
You will also have the opportunity to explore your creativity and problem-solving skills, by writing code and creating unique and interesting projects. One day you might be solving a complex maths problem with C#, the next you might prepare a 3D Model for your upcoming videogame!
Capping off the course, you will work on your very own, personally selected, designed, and produced project. You are the architect. You are in control. Make something exciting and unique to you, in whatever computer science space you choose! Past students have made anything from takeaway ordering systems, to websites, to videogames.
Ensure you have a love for coding, as you will have plenty of chances here to push your skills to new heights!
