Year 10 students recently took part in an inspiring Leadership Day that pushed them out of their routines, into new challenges – and quite a bit of mud!
The day featured a series of leadership activities designed to test communication, decision-making, resilience, and teamwork under pressure. Students experienced firsthand the power of staying calm and clear-headed, showing determination and a willingness to step outside their comfort zones.
This memorable event marked the start of the Year 10 PEAKS development programme, with a focus on leadership. Students discovered that leadership begins with leading oneself, building confidence, facing fears and taking small but courageous steps toward personal growth.
Individual achievements were also celebrated, with students recognised for their bravery, resilience and ability to inspire others through positivity and teamwork.
