This week, eighteen students ranging from Years 10, 11 and 12 had the worlds utterly transformed with a two-day visit to Oxford and its world-renowned university.
The trip coincided with the university’s open days and gave students a fantastic opportunity to savour, the delights of the city, the grandeur of the college-system, and interact with Oxford’s undergraduate students. A plethora of talks and taster lessons were on offer and our students had the freedom to explore their own subject pathways.
Away from the hallowed halls of learning, we also managed some collision-free punting on the River Cherwell, and literally soaked up the splendour of such a beautiful city.
