Yesterday, our annual Sixth Form Halloween Bake Off brought a perfect mix of creativity, competition and cake to AKS. Each tutor group rose to the challenge by producing a Halloween themed showstopper, with entries that were as spooky as they were spectacular.
Congratulations to Mr Donovan’s tutor group, whose pumpkin inspired creation claimed first place for its flavour and flair. Coming in a close second was Year 12’s eerie graveyard masterpiece, while Mr Riding’s group (Head of Physics) earned a special mention for their ingenious “Kilojoule Halloween Cake”, a clever and delicious nod to science.
A huge thank you goes to all our talented bakers for their spooky designs, culinary skill and team spirit. It truly was a Scarefest of creativity and collaboration.
