We are delighted to celebrate GCSE Art student Matheson on an exceptional achievement.
Matheson has been named runner up in this year’s United Learning International Art Competition for his outstanding piece, My Dice Jar. His work is one of just four selected from United Learning schools to be exhibited at the National Art Centre, Tokyo this summer, an extraordinary honour.
Judge Suzanne Bethell described the piece as “a really complex, technically strong work… authentic, joyful and clearly from the heart,” highlighting both the skill and sincerity behind Matheson’s work.
This recognition is a testament to Matheson’s talent, creativity and dedication. We are incredibly proud and look forward to seeing his work showcased on an international stage.
