AKS pupils delivered an outstanding performance at the Fylde Schools Indoor Athletics Tournament, finishing as overall champions with an impressive total of 382 points - placing them a remarkable 70 points clear of second place.
Throughout the afternoon, the children performed exceptionally well across a wide range of events, demonstrating both individual excellence and strong collective effort. Their determination, teamwork and sportsmanship were evident at every stage of the competition, reflecting their commitment and pride in representing the school.
This exceptional achievement sees the team progress to the Wyre and Fylde finals in February, where they will look to build on their success and continue their strong run of form.
