Ladies’ Luncheon Club

The AKS Ladies’ Luncheon Club is a sociable way to meet other women who form part of the AKS Community, meeting monthly on a Wednesday lunchtime from November to May at The Clifton Arms Hotel, Lytham.

We’ve had talks from local historians, talks on bee keeping and herbalism, as well as wonderful performances by the school choir at Christmas. In addition, the club raises money for the school through the proceeds of our raffle.

Membership of the club is open to women with an interest in the school; many of our ladies are alumni as well as mothers and grandmothers of current pupils, so we span a wide age-range.

2023/24 programme dates:

11th October, 10am-12pm: coffee morning and AGM (11am) in the Senior School Hall. An opportunity for current members to renew their membership and for new members to register over coffee and pastries.
