AKS students smash Duke of Edinburgh target

AKS students have smashed their Duke of Edinburgh target!

Our target was for 100 students to complete their Bronze or Silver Award since May 2021, when expeditions were allowed to restart - and they have done just that! 

This is a huge achievement; it has been tough for so many pupils to find appropriate activities to complete during lockdown.  To complete their award, each student needs to complete activities for either 3 or 6 months in each of three sections: Volunteering, Physical and Skills.  It has been quite a challenge but they have achieved their goals - a huge well done to everyone!
