Oxbridge Evening, 5th November, AKS Senior School Library PUBLISHED 04 November 2019 #AcademicAmbition As part of our Sixth Form Events this year, we're looking forward to welcoming students from AKS and local schools to our 'Introduction to Oxbridge' evening on Tuesday 5th November, 7-8.30pm, held in our Senior School Library. The talks and informal discussions are suited to those in Years 11, 12 and 13. The evening aims to: Demystify Oxbridge for potential applicants Explain the application process Offer advice on preparing for an application The evening will be structured as follows: Talk from an Oxford Outreach Officer Talk from our AKS Oxbridge Coordinator, Mr Waterhouse Opportunity for formal questions Opportunity for more casual conversations/discussions with speakers This event is open to students from both AKS and those who attend schools in the surrounding area.
