Talented Year 9 student Anya has been busy filming all summer in Belfast for the role of Rosy in the upcoming CITV show Ted’s Top Ten. Anya is no stranger to working on television and was previously cast in the BBC One series Warren, starring alongside Martin Clunes, as well as a major TV commercial.
Anya trains at Scream Theatre Schools in Blackpool and was spotted at their annual Oscars event by the casting director who was blown away by her natural ability. Anya has been training at Scream Theatre Schools for 3 years and was signed by their sister company Scream Management in Media City UK. Talking about the experience, student Anya told us “Literally just being on set, meeting everyone, speaking to everybody, speaking to the cast members… that was my favorite bit.”
Ted’s Top Ten is set to be aired on CITV in December where you can catch Anya’s wonderful performance!
